Postpartum: Restore Your Core A restorative movement class for postpartum mothers Reconnect with your body in a supportive, nurturing environment designed specifically for the postpartum season. Restore Your Core is a gentle yet empowering class focused on rebuilding strength, improving stability, supporting recovery, and helping mothers feel more connected and confident in their bodies after birth. Led by Dr. Lisa Masterson, PT, DPT, CYT — founder of TULA Physical Therapy, co-founder of Birdhouse, and a practicing physical therapist with advanced training in orthopedics, pregnancy, and postpartum care - this class blends evidence-based rehabilitation with mindful movement and functional strength. Each session will focus on deep core activation, pelvic floor awareness, posture, breathing mechanics, mobility, and safe strengthening exercises tailored to the unique needs of the postpartum body. Whether you are newly postpartum or further along in your motherhood journey, exercises can be modified to meet you where you are. This class is designed to help mothers restore foundational strength while creating space for community, connection, and self-care during a transformative season of life. Class may include: • Deep core and pelvic floor strengthening • Breathwork and postural alignment • Gentle functional movement and mobility work • Education on postpartum recovery and body mechanics • Mindful movement and nervous system support • Modifications for varying stages of postpartum healing • A welcoming, judgment-free atmosphere Pre-crawling babies are welcome to join while caregivers participate.
