  • Location: Birdhouse - 175 S Wellwood Ave., Lindenhurst, NY 11757 US

Move with intention in this all-levels yoga flow led by licensed physical therapist and certified yoga teacher Dr. Lisa Masterson, PT, DPT, CYT. Blending the mindfulness of yoga with an expert understanding of movement science, anatomy, and injury prevention, Lisa thoughtfully guides each class to help you build strength, improve mobility, enhance balance, and reduce tension. Rather than simply moving through poses, you'll learn how your body is designed to move -making each practice both restorative and empowering. Whether you're returning to exercise, looking to prevent aches and pains, or simply craving an hour to reconnect with yourself, this class offers personalized cues and modifications so every participant can practice safely and confidently. Leave feeling stronger, more mobile, and grounded - both physically and mentally. Perfect for adults of all experience levels, from complete beginners to seasoned yogis.
