About the group

Birds of a Feather is a welcoming peer support group for newly postpartum moms to connect, share, and feel less alone during the early weeks and months after birth. This group offers a gentle, supportive space to talk about the real experiences of new motherhood — the joys, the challenges, and everything in between — while building community with others in a similar season of life.

Facilitated by Gabrielle Marinaro, a licensed clinical social worker with specialized training in perinatal mental health, each session is guided with care and compassion. While Gabrielle brings professional expertise to help foster meaningful conversation and emotional support, this group is intended as peer support and connection — not psychotherapy or clinical treatment.

This is an inclusive, judgment-free space:
✨ Pre-crawling infants are welcome
✨ All feeding choices are welcome
✨ Diaper changes, soothing, and tending to babies are welcome
